By accessing and using the Need A Lift Transfers website and booking our transport services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Need A Lift Transfers provides premium private transport services across South East Queensland, the Sunshine Coast, and Northern NSW. Our services include airport transfers, cruise terminal transfers, NDIS transport, medical appointments, weddings and events, long distance travel, and family travel with child seats.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. We require notice of at least 24 hours for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather or vehicle breakdown.
Pricing is quoted at the time of booking and is based on distance, vehicle type, and any additional requirements. Payment methods will be agreed upon at the time of booking. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate transport for any passenger whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive. Soiling or damage to the vehicle may incur a cleaning fee.
Child seats are available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking. Passengers are responsible for ensuring children are correctly restrained in accordance with Queensland and NSW road safety laws.
As a registered NDIS Service Provider, we provide transport for NDIS participants in accordance with their plan. Bookings for NDIS transport must reference the participant's plan where applicable.
Need A Lift Transfers holds appropriate public liability and vehicle insurance. While we take every care with passenger belongings, we are not liable for lost or damaged personal items left in our vehicles. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
